From 2007- 2015, he was employed with Electronic Protections Services as their Lead Commercial Technician before moving to the sales department and eventually securing the role of Service Manager during his last year with the company. He began his career in the security industry in 1995 – 2007 for ADT Security where he worked as the Special Systems Technician. Lanclos has been employed with ATS for 3.7 years. Al ensures proper installation and implementation methods and oversees all research and development of all current and potential security product offerings as well as reviewing quotes for accuracy. He also designs customized security systems to fit the needs of high-end residential and various commercial clientele. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience to make our entire team stronger while providing the best Total customer experience.ĪL Lanclos, Director of Operations, manages all security technicians, customer service teams and our Medical Alert division. I have a passion for helping people and a knack for working well with others. Brandon is also a graduate of the 2013 Leadership Lafayette class and was selected as a Security Systems News Top 20 Under 40 honoree in 2018. He holds security licenses in Louisiana, Arizona and Delaware, and serves as a director on The Monitoring Association's board and is a co-chair of its education committee.
He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and working on his license for the State of Louisiana.
He was promoted to operations director in 2016 and managed the day-to-day operations of Acadian Total Security’s various departments.īrandon holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctorate from the University of St. In 2013, he was named a department manager, overseeing the monitoring centers in Chicago, Illinois, and Lafayette and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As Managing Director, Brandon is responsible for the management and oversight of all Acadian Total Security departments and will lead the strategic development of the division.īrandon has been with Acadian since 2010.
